Terms of sale & use

These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Veganized by cbusveganbaddie ("Veganized," "I," "me"). By placing an order or using the site, you agree to them.
1. The products
Veganized is an Ohio cottage food production operation. All products are made in a private home kitchen that is not inspected by the Ohio Department of Agriculture or a local health department, and every label states "This product is home produced." Products are shelf-stable and sold only within the State of Ohio. Photos and descriptions are as accurate as I can make them, but handmade goods vary a little from batch to batch.
2. Allergies and ingredients
Products may contain, or come into contact with, wheat, soy, tree nuts (including coconut), peanuts and sesame. It is your responsibility to read the label and the allergens & food safety page before eating, and to share that information with anyone you give the products to. Products are made without animal-derived ingredients to the best of my knowledge but are not third-party certified vegan.
3. Ordering
You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. An order is accepted only once I confirm it. I may limit quantities, refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund), for example if an item sells out or a price was listed in error.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars and are listed at the time of each drop. Payment is due in full when you order, through the payment method I list. Any applicable taxes or delivery fees will be shown before you pay.
5. Pickup and delivery
Products are available by pickup, local delivery, or in person at farmers markets and events in Ohio only. For pre-orders, I'll give you the pickup or delivery time and location when you order. Orders not picked up within [24 hours] of the scheduled time may be forfeited without a refund. I can't ship or deliver outside Ohio. Once you have your order, store it as directed on the label.
6. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel for a full refund up to [48 hours] before your pickup or delivery time. After that, because everything is baked to order, sales are final. If your order is wrong, damaged or missing something, message me within 48 hours with a photo and I'll replace it or refund you.
7. Website content
The Veganized name, logos, photos, recipes and text on this site belong to me. You're welcome to share posts and photos of your order with credit to @veganizedcbus, but please don't copy or use my branding for commercial purposes without permission. If you send me ideas or requests (like a classic you want veganized), I'm free to use them without owing you anything.
8. Disclaimers
Except as stated in these terms, products and this website are provided "as is." Information on this site is for general purposes and isn't medical or nutritional advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, my total liability for any claim related to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited under Ohio law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.
11. Changes
I may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
